We will be happy to provide you with any further information you may require. We can be contacted by telephone from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, on 02 675 41 03 (Watermael-Boitsfort agency) or 02 731 13 00 (Kraainem agency).

Outside these hours, please send us an email.

Please note that you must already be registered as a service voucher user with PLUXEE and have a valid user number.

If you do not yet have a service voucher user number, it will only take a few minutes to register on the PLUXEE website for the region where you live: Flanders, Brussels, Wallonia.
